You may return any purchase to us within 30 days of delivery if you discover material or workmanship defects. Provide proof of purchase, notify us at hello@byfabriziodesign.com, and we will cover shipping costs and promptly replace the piece at no additional cost.

Six-Month Purchase Warranty

Your unique, handcrafted piece requires special care. Keep it in its original velvet casing for optimal condition. Normal wear and tarnishing are not covered by this warranty. If a failure in material or craftsmanship occurs, and you've followed care instructions, we'll repair or replace the piece within the first 6 months of ownership, including shipping fees.

No Question Returns

No Question Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Notify us at hello@byfabriziodesign.com within 72 hours of receiving the product, providing proof of purchase, your name, address, email/phone, and return shipping tracking details. Return the product in its original condition and packaging. Customer covers return shipping to the original shipping origin, indicated on the label. Upon satisfactory return, we'll refund the original payment, deducting original shipping costs and a 10% handling and restocking fee. If returns fall outside the 72-hour window but within 30 days or do not meet the No Question Return conditions, a store credit may be issued at our discretion, less all fees. No Question Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted. Final Sale Items All sales are final on discounted products purchased with coupons or during promotions on ByFabrizioDesign.com or third-party online marketplaces. Products in the Giving Back Collection are not eligible for refunds or store credit under any circumstances.

In cases of significant delays caused by weather conditions or carrier supply issues, we will notify you by email or phone and provide assistance to track your order. We occasionally use shipping as a customer incentive, but please note that it is not guaranteed.
